Infotainment systems in vehicles have come a long way with technological advancements in the auto industry. An infotainment system lets you get the most out of your car in terms of media.

It’s possible that most cars are now moving away from aux ports because of the risk of affecting driver focus. For example, a Bluetooth connection is much more convenient.

After connecting both ends to the phone and the car, you’ll have to find the “SRCE” button on the car’s radio. This button indicates that the media will be played from the auxiliary source or port.

Having pressed the button, you can then go ahead and play music or an audio file from the phone. The sound will come from the phone, but will now be using the car’s in-built speakers.
